*Please note that the restrictive measures of the United Nations Security Council’s ballistic missile embargo and asset freeze imposed on Iran in Resolution 2231(2015) have expired on 18 October 2023, and information on Iran-related sanctioned individuals and entities has also been removed from the United Nations Security council Consolidated List (please refer to ) for details). In other words, the section of the financial sanctions against Iran in Resolution 2231/(2015) (i.e., the section applicable to the “ Asset Freezing Regime”) is no longer existed. This issue has been published in the Official Gazette of the Macao SAR (Series II No. 34) on 21 August 2024 via Chief Executive Notice No. 24/2024 (please refer to https://bo.io.gov.mo/bo/ii/2024/34/aviso24_cn.asp for details).
